Been getting the odd hot rock here and there, all very similar. Mud stone, pretty soft. Whacked about 6 or so with a hammer, no visible gold...chucked em away.
Cleaned out my backpack the other day, found a broken piece from I don't know where or when. I put it in some ally bright to see how it dissolved. Just had a look under the loupe, and it appears to have the tinyest specks of gold through it. They are not visible with the naked eye at all, but with the 30 x loupe, specks in clusters can be seen. How is it possible for amatures like me to recover it? Or is it even possible? Probably not worth it, but I'd like to try anyway.
Anyone have an idea?
