Hi all ,think about going out to hillsborough station as anyone been here before any info would be great .Taking gpx 5000 on its maiden swing

I heard defense may have used the area near Eight Mile Creek as an artillary range years ago. Be carefull what you dig up.

Going to go out and see if I can find the rest of the artillery projectiles tomorrow. With a bit of luck I might find some gold this time.

Yes there is a lot of non mining related junk from the war all through that section of Hillborough unfortunately. That junk extends right up and down the Eight Mile.
