Hi from Mt Isa

Hi all
Im new to this game but very interested in learning and discovering lost treasures. I have a Xterra 705 and it seem to be doing the job as im more into relics and coins at this stage. Anyone else in the area? or have any tips or good locations for me? anything will be much appreciated

g'day Spaceman, the 705 is a great machine for coins etc I reckon...I have a 305 and it works well too...there is a list of the target numbers here on the thread..can't remember where it is tho

look in metal detectors...minelab....they are for the 70 but the 705 is the same

G'day spaceman,

I was in the Isa earlier this year and ran across a group of like minded fossickers & detectors that are members of the Mt Isa gem club. They made me very welcome & were willing to share their knowledge on the area. I reckon this would be a good place to make contact.
