Hi from Culcairn

Hi all, been lurking for a while & have read some great stories & even better gold/relic finds. I live in Culcairn which is inbetween Albury & Wagga Wagga. Ive been roaming around afew dry local creek beds lately to get used to my newish metal detector which is a Garrett GTI 2500, i bought it off my exgirlfriends father for $500 (bargain!!!). Iam sure ill ask some really silly questions but iam trying to find my prospecting feet. I just bought a gold panning kit from Garrett which i looking forward to hitting rivers/streams etc..
