Starting to think about squeezing another hobby in between 4Wdriving, camping and fly fishing.

By the looks of all the gold detecting information out there (or not!), I have a lot of researching to do.

Hey douro, take your time and dig deep,.... all the good info is split up with other stuff in between and masking it, but whatever your after is there somewhere, the joy is in the finding.

Silver..... its like fishing; you don't need to catch any to enjoy the solitude and cherish the moment (no external influences only the present sorting out, what's hatching, lifting that rock and checking what nymphs are about, what's the water temperature, and so on..... you're in the zone to stalk that trout). And I guess the same goes for touring..... the journey becomes part of the memory of the place (and its how you deal when s...t happens that makes you a better person).
