Hi,
I was just exploring one day and came across an eroded sandstone bluff that was crumbling.
I noticed the 'soft' deteriorated sandstone had shiny flecks. I was able to separate the metal besides some dark sand and take a photo.
I was just wondering what it could be? Thanks in advanced :)

I would say you have a nice pile of mica. You should be able to easily scratch a piece with you finger nail, and when rubbed between finger and thumb should flake apart.

yeah, nothin to get excited about mate........(ahhhh, where exactly did you find it? was there more there? easy to get?how many others know about it? Anyone see you get it?)
