Oh my mistake reweighed it 229 cts! My bf was drunk when he weighed it hahaha. Did a scratch test with another sapphire it scratched but just rubbed off didn't leave a mark.

That sounds a bit better, though I still tend to think a sapphire of that size would probably weigh a bit more. But do get it tested - if it's a sapphire I should be able to hear you holler for joy in Cairns all the way down here in Gladstone 
Green one looks a lot like Fluorite more than anything to me. A specific gravity test would help confirm it.
