Off to Mt. Cook at Cooktown on Sunday to lay foundations for a helipad on top of the mountain to allow for landing safely to service communication towers. My mate was involved in an accident up there last year when a chopper was hit with a freak gust of wind and it toppled over hitting him and throwing him into a large rock. He was in the poo for good while but is back at it. He is actually working up there with us :|. We will camp up there for a week while we get the concrete poured. Then we head to Weipa to set up and pour a few house slabs. Can't wait to stop in at Coen and get some concentrates to pan out after work. I bought some cons off the forum and the material is very similar to the stuff at Coen. A two week adventure and looking forward to it. Whoever wins the Guess the coins Competition I will post the prize asap when I return. Cheers all, Rick

good luck up there ol' mate!!
Catch up whaen you get back eh???
How'd ya go with the springs?????????

The bed is on the trailer and I have the alloy for the sluice. I have to get it cut out and bent up then I can fit the goldhog matting. If I had the time I could finish it in a few days but it's hard to get free time. Cheers mate

Ya should have plenty of time for sluicing the concrete will go off super quick up in that heat not like here 1030 pm and still finishing a deck
