It's been a while but here are my finds from my last 2 hunts, roughly 3 hours.

First hunt in a while, took the Nox to the local oval for an hour and a half.

Not a bad haul, beer money and a cheapie Pandora charm.

Is that charm marked 925 sterling silver on the side, Heatho? Because if it is a 2017 'Tribute to Mum' sterling silver charm, they weren't really cheap...

Cheers,

Did a successful wedding ring recovery this morning at Terrigal Beach. While waiting for the bloke to show up I had a swing for about 20 mins, first target was a silver Pandora ring, also managed a few bucks in beer money as well. Bloke got there, showed me where he lost it. 2nd swing done and dusted. Smiles all round.
😁

Didn't get a pic of the lost ring, was just a tungsten one.

What price did he put on telling his wife he didn't lose his wedding ring after all? Saved from the doghouse!

Great job Heatho! :)

Cheers,

Thanks Megsy. Yes you're right, should have said "I'll have a carton of Coopers Sparkling thanks". 😁

Was happy to help the bloke out, he pretty much knew where it was, he just needed the technology
to make the sand disappear. :)

Did a wedding ring “recovery” for my mate many years ago with my whites 6000. He lost it in the huge cottage style garden on his acreage. We spent time retracing his steps in the garden the day before when he lost it, and worked out a search area where he had been active. The rest of the group adjourned to the house leaving me in my element, confident that I would shortly proudly announce to all “Eureka - I have found it”
Spent the whole morning gridding the area thoroughly and at lunch time my wife and friends came out to see how I was getting on. I had only a few bits of trash and nothing really to report.
As we were standing there alongside the next garden bed I was going to search, debating whether the whole exercise was worthwhile, my wife wandered over to a small bush, and picked up the ring from underneath it.

Quick hunt from a few days ago. Was detecting at my local beach when a couple came over asked me to
have a look for the silver ring they had just lost. I tried for an hour and covered ever square inch of the area
they showed me to no avail, was really hoping to find it for them.

Then 10 minutes later found this one instead, plus a few bucks in beer money.
