Just wondering can you access hawkins hill by vehicle or walking, and can you detect there. Still new at this so don't shoot me down. Thanks. Not sure of the ins and outs

Hawkins Hill at Hill End is off limits to detecting and general access as it is currently under a mining leases. There is a walking track through the lease that you can take that starts at the oval. There are signs up showing the way or drop onto the NPWS office and pick up a map. You might also find them in the General store
If you want to detect head out onto the Common. there are plenty of areas out there that will produce a nugget or 2 if you persist
