An easy refund after pushing the right buttons

I wont set foot inside a Harvey Norman store after being lied to by salespersons on multiple occasions regarding warranty and country of manufacture. And dont get me started on their extended WARRANTY plan you can purchase. "NO sir, we have no record of that" But we have ALL your other details on our system. Good Guys on the other hand replaced our washing machine with a new better unit after 4yrs and 11 months had expired on a 5yr warranty. erfect:

RE (I wouldn't be too hard on Gerry. Harvey Norman stores are independently owned by franchisees.)

Have found in Adelaide some HN stores are better to deal with than others on service and price.

I have been to shops like these . I get the opposite service at JB HI FI . They took back a TV that died 3 weeks` out of the warrantee period and let me upgrade to a better one and last week they took back a speaker i bought for the computer when i realised i don`t have bluetooth. They want to keep the customer happy and for them to come back again , which i happily do.
