hey guys so this is just a bit of a plug for the guys at goldsearch .i recently purchased a raven 25 from them about a week ago and when i recieved it it was a bit to big and heavy for my liking .so i thought maybe i would ask for a exchange even though i didnt expect one because alot of retailers dont like doing exchanges these days .but got a response from dean saying just to return the item and pick out a new shovel and i was very surprised. both dean and michael seem like great guys and had no problem with a exchange and sent the product out soon as they recieved the raven back .

if that aint service i dont know what is. big thanks to dean and michael from goldsearch .great guys and great service .im not at all affiliated with gold search but i feel when people do something good for someone it deserves recognition .

Also, Goldsearch's spares and accessories support for their Whites gear is head and shoulders above any other Australian detector importer/agent that I've come across. Hundreds of items, all easily identified and orderable from their online catalogue, usually reasonably priced and more importantly in stock and despatched the same day - it's a class act, I reckon.

Agreed, whilst some Australian distributors/dealerships leave a lot to be desired, never had an issue with Goldsearch. Always quick to reply, and speedy postage of actual Australian stock. When the item isn't in stock, they are quick to note that on their online shop listing, including an ETA for any out of stock items. It all makes good business sense.

I buy all my gear from them, and I'm in WA.

And with Whites tuning up the SPP, and hopefully bringing the TDI up to date soon, they have something to give the Minelab guys a strong run on Price.

I'm actually not sure why Minelab hasn't made them a dealer yet, best detecting shop in the country. Coiltek are also nice guys from my dealings.

Well guys i already told you about how i changed my mind about a shovel that i purchased (raven 25) and i changed my mind due to weight and how big it was .asked to swap it over for a smaller shovel that was less expensive and it was no problem at all .arrived in the mail today with a money order for the remaining amount returned .cant say enough good things about these guys they didnt need to change my product over but they did without any hesitation .

hats off to gold search .just a shame i still dont have my detector back .

i dont think i will be dealing with prospectors patch again after being given the run around and story after story then getting told i was being sent a new controller only to be sent a used controller that has scratches all over it and is 10 times more unstable than my new unit .ive told them just to return my original unit and that i wont be doing business with them again .this has been a incredibly stressful time for me after 2 weeks of being messed about and lied to about what was going on.first i was getting a new controller then i was told he was sending the unit to his mate to program ,then it was getting sent to france and now that i told them i want me unit back in frustration .apparently a australian servicer was gonna have a look at it .in the end i had enough and just told them to return it .

anyway thx goldsearch for being so understanding and doing the right thing by me .you have a customer for life now .
