240 volt.
😕 Mine does it on 12v if in the ute or van when engine not running, But in the caravan it's all good ( Bigger set up )
Never on 240v .
Maybe if Ya know someone with a 7000 try on their charger maybe your charger is having a moment ( George is attacking me for my Cup cake 🎂 )

Worsted case maybe your plug in the wall is dodgy .
 
240 volt.
Try cleaning all the metal contacts (plugs, battery/charger contacts) with a cotton bud & isopropyl alcohol.
It could have overheated a bit, being a hot day, & the charger went into a slow charge to prevent it fully overheating + damaging the battery.
I believe the charger has safety circuits for various things like overcharging, overheating etc.
