Fred Walker named his Aussie cheese after him to honour the method.
Maybe they'll change it to Ted's or Ed's cheese?

When I was doing officer training in the RAAF in 1991 I was chastised by an instructor for referring to the 'black board'. I was told that it was to be called the 'chalk board'. My instructor was not at all pleased with me when, ironically in the same class, he started using a white board. When I asked why a white board was OK but a black board was not I was labelled a trouble maker.

He didn't ever offer me an answer to my question.

End of the day companies have to follow trends , McDonald's has done it over the last 15 years as has many.
