Does anyone know any locations within ~4 hours of Sydney where there is actually some water flowing (and that don't require a 4wd to access)? I want to try out my new sluice

Oallen is ok. 3 hours to Nowra from Sydney and 1 hour from Nowra to Oallen Ford

I tried my sluicebox in oallen like John said. ~3 hrs from Sydney (or 3.5 hrs including breakfast break).

Its mostly flour gold there so good for sluicing and usually see some high bankers in action there.

If you go to oallen, ime if you have sluice box / high banker can make your life easier.. especially if you have a strong man who do the digging...

hi to all can anyone rec a place to get a bits of gold via pan or detector within 2 hrs of Campbelltown ,Sydney Region ?? be greatful for some help i know few places off the the maps to date can exchange locations if interested

Everywhere I can think of would probably be a little over 2 hours out of Campbelltown but would be keen to hear of any closer

Hi James, mate, if I was you, I would plan to head to your property at Taralga!
80 acres, gem bearing gullies, 80 acres, monster Perch in the dam, 80 acres, etc, etc....
I hope someone tells you where the gold bearing ground is, but, I think you have already found it
Hope your pest control business is crawling with customers, and you get a chance to hit the "gold" soon.

found my spots 3 half hrs away on the gold , also got a whites underwater detector from US , i say is compat with the minelabs ... :goldnugget:
