Hi Guys, Thanks for the kind words still making heaps of them, Smoky bandit 8mm is to thick you will never carry it around, Go to the 4x4 shop get a front spring from a land cruiser there about 5/6 mm, be careful when welding dont let it cool down to quick, I berry them in lime slows the cooling or sand will do,When you weld the ring on for the handle if you can pre heat before welding if the weld goes red it will pull out, Cheers, Ron.Bluecurrant said:smoky bandit, its the weight of lugging it around that governs the size. if your strong it wont be a problem. and 8mm steel would dig a hole pretty quick if you can swing it. ower:
