Gold Blooded. Dakota Fred is back.

This Doco has been a long time coming. The info says it will be released in the American Fall. Dakota Fred and his son, Dustin are going to divert a river through a mountain tunnel to mine gold at the bottom of a waterfall.

Come on mate their having a red hot crack at everything I've seen them have a go at. I would find it hard to work /play in the conditions they do good luck to them I say.

I didn't like Fred when he came in and took over the Porcupine Creek claim from Todd. It seemed a bit underhanded. But over the next couple of seasons I warmed to him a little. At the end of the day I want to see a gold hunter find an Eldorado .... A mountain of gold. The diverting of a powerful river is a mammoth task and I hope they get a just reward for their efforts. After all... doesn't seeing others succeed encourage us all? We need to believe there is a huge deposit or nugget in our future.

I look forward to seeing the show and wish you all a magnificent bounty for your efforts.

Ramjet,can't I simply just have another opinion that might disagree with you and even alot of others here,my wife also has the same opinion of them both :N:

And as for editing,I like to say exactly what I want to,so editing helps me to do exactly that.

Just a shame it's taken this long.
Fred caused a bit of a reaction when asking for more money to appear in Gold Rush a believe that's why internally and external to the show Fred was painted as the villain. But he sure had heart and if you read between the lines it seems he put everything on the line to chase the gold mining dream which gets my blood pumping, there are so few people who dare to dream, and those that do quite often get labeled as egotists.

Fred, Parker, Tony and Todd all have that common streak, to go out and against the odds succeed, pity it's been such a long wait to see Freds story unfold. I'm sure as we watch his adventure unfold a few more will come around. You don't have to like someone to respect them.

I had to stop watching all of those shows. After being in earthmoving/construction/drainage for 30 years I cringed at a lot of the stupid and out right dangerous things that they were doing, and just waiting to see somebody die
