GOLD ..... A Novel

Good to see that tudogz has finally got his novel ready for publication.

Like a few PA members I had the good fortune to read the pre-publication version and some member's awesome gold find is featured on the cover.

Not so much a prospecting/detecting story but a novel about a family mining operation in WA. A good easy holiday read.

We should be encouraging anyone with the guts to put something like this together under their own steam,

Sarah and I wish that we had documented our lives in mining, much like Rob has done..
It would have made for great viewing I reckon!!

Congratulations to Tudogz -- it's a HUGE achievement. I've been around that block three times. Once with a book on gold, once with a book on North Adelaide and (worst of all) once with a TV documentary. I reckon it's like one of those Japanese game shows where people pop out of nowhere and force you to undergo gruelling challenges you've never even dreamt about. That said, if you have a good story to tell, take it page at a time and tell it!
