Daughter found this thing in her garden, probably lucky it was before the kids decided they were hungry.

Assume it's a slug of some sort ......

Anyone shed some light on this creature.

Yeah agree .... usually see them as just the yellow/brown skinny thing, this looks as though it's attached itself to something (dinner ??).

It's a GT Slug.

Finally the penny dropped for me Jaros. I was thinking you meant they were only found in the Golden Triangle! Of course, it has a GT stripe! :lol:

When you read the Australian Museum write-up about it, how it captures and kills its prey, it sure makes you glad we aren't smaller and it's not bigger :awful:

And those caterpillars look like gardening could be a challenge where you are moneybox, the bloody things are huge!
