After month of reading this forum I decided to give my typing skills ago,
I live in Wollongong south of Sydney
I purchased a pan and a sieve years ago and I'm sure there very happy living in the garage
but with a little spare time , its time to remove the dust.
I am in the throws of building a High-banker,( thank you YouTube and Wal), I am using 2nd hand scrounged material.
Have just returned from Alaska where my fosicking fever was re-ignited.
So thats who i am

Hey Harley,

Welcome. Dust off the pan and get amongst it!

Plenty of knowledge here on possible locations and methods to extract the yellow.

The biggest lesson you will learn is just how much dirt and gravel is out there between the odd speck of gold. That's one I soon found out.

Plenty of spots close to the Gong to keep you interested.
