FEVER on the Mid North Coast

Hi All,
I am on the mid north coast and got the fever while attending a geology res school for uni. I am based just north of Taree and have tried a few spots around here and only found a tiny bit of gold, a good bit of pyrite and a brown snake nest (all in the one place). I have been doing a fair bit of research and will probably head to Nundle sometime soon.

Am keen as mustard to get out a bit more. I found my first bit of gold in my pan in a local creek I did not expect to find any just the other day. Fever is out of control now.
