I must explaun a bit more. When I said I changed relays before in a previous post I did but they were second hand ones from a mate. I kept coming back to the relays so I swapes them for some I had in my old xr6 sitting neglected in my son inlaws back yard. A yeah bingo.All us good again.

You learned a lesson there mate, when substitute testing always use a proven working part.
