I love the mild ones. The hottest at present is Carolina Reaper, followed by Bhut Jolokia, then Moruga Scorpion, if yer interested..Lemon Aji are pretty hot,lemon taste. Red Rocoto or Aji Rocoto are black-seeded varieties.
