DRY BLOWERS

Anyone using a dry blower and if so what type & how does it fair? Are there any manual types, like the old timers used? Just interested in getting something along these lines.

I was thinking about one of these swell for when the creek runs dry I was just looking at YouTube and then make one I haven't found any for sale yet
