Here's an option I'm testing
Good ol door mat
Might be ok
Might loose gold or get more
Any hoo 12 inch wide or cut your own
You could also manipulate the circle trough to get a swirl going cut sections away to get a good flow ect
Cheap matt
I will post my observations
Let me know

Looks pretty good to me. There's no doubt the Dream Mat works but whether the swirls do anything I wouldn't know. That mat has enough drop-off points to catch anything big and small so it looks like a good option. It'll be easy to clean out too but you'd have to have a snug fit in your sluice to prevent losing fine gold underneath. It might work best upside down.

Maybe use it over miners moss?

Been there.... and I found that it needs a LOT of water to have that mat clearing efficiently correction clearing at all but then again it is a tough call in a river sluice. Would be better in a High banker I imagine.
You could trim the lugs off the underside of the mat so it lays flat as I did, OR as an alternative to the tried and true miners moss lay it onto V rib mat.
I hope it works for you, i didn't persevere with it.

Have you had success or tried the matting out .
