Hey, yes I do, what matting? 
might be worth shooting golddigg@ a PM and asking him about it, seems like the man in the know in regards to this matting, i haven't used it so my advice/input would be next to useless
what size if your banker mate? another monster...... i just did this conversion yesterday i dont have to tell you i love the stuff and so does evryone who tries it. with regard to widths where there's a will there's a way mate

Ahh, No sorry, I,ve got bunnings miners moss, looks like an industrial floor mat that I've seen somewhere.
Looks like a putt putt golf course for little gold nuggets, should work magic.

haha this is no floor mat mate, this is designed by a fluid dynamics engineer specifically for mineral separation.
I am very interested in the dream mat, and think it would go very well in fine gold areas. I just wonder how it would go in places like Tuena where there are lots of fine ironstones?

Ballarat is very bad with creeks named ironstone gully its no surprise but remember this DrDuck its always active, kind of like a motorbike on a ramp going up a wall defying gravity whilst maintaining inertia perfectly.
There is a point where you can get a cell blocked, large gold, or flaky bedrock same as any other system.
But its active untill you turn the water off so its in a constant exchange state, ive actually cast a clear mat so as to demonstrate the cells being active but haven't worked out how to bend the plexyglass yet for the channel.
if you want to see a two videos i did mate where i chucked some gold and some bad ironstone and white sand into the 8" dream mat sluice i mostly load them straight onto the facebook page, you can see them here.

I saw a heater for bending plastic, it was a heat element with cold water tubes each side, Line up where you want to bend; heat and bend. If you have a plastic weld place close, try them.

i like ot do things myself thats the problem i was going to heat some kanthol wire and make a bending brake nested in wood panels. might be easier to go get some made

This stuff is amazing on fines and chunky stuff alike. I put it through its paces in Creswick on the weekend and it caught everything I threw at it aswell as plenty of little gemstones. Small amount of cons per clean up too compared to a couple pans I used o get with the miners moss. Cant recommend it highly enough guys

Looking good Mr Digg! When I get a highbanker will definitely be looking at purchasing some of your matting.

Well this new dream matting seams to be a real game changer in the sluicing world by all reports and videos I've seen.its about time something new came onto the market to maximize our recovery rates and catch up with the top end detectors coming out on the market now.these are exciting times to prospect I think it will run great in my sluice with a few quick mods
