Apart from small alluvial pans have not detected gold as yet. Have Gpx4500 and Eureka Gold which have only found iron over 3 casual years round Daylesford. Just returned from 3 days at Waanyarra in awe of all the holes and beautiful spring conditions. Only have a small bucket of iron to show and wish to learn how to read the land and diggings and how to detect better. Appreciate the skill required. Suggestions welcome. Had hoped my daughter and son in law might have found their first nuggets before returning overseas. Lucky Phil
