Just putting out there.
Some time back some years ago a fellow was going to give feed back on how close detectors can operate together.
SDC 2300 running beside a GPX4500 or sdc 2300 running beside another sdc.
My guess two GPX`s would need vast distance between them again at a guess.
Any takers ?

50 to 100 meters. I used to hate drop ins who saw me then stopped and came close. Looking for others to vulture. Id wait then turn it up till mine went nuts and Id see the clown drop ins looking at their detector trying to tune it. Then theyd be ok, then id change it again and watch them go through it all again. I did that with everything I could manually tune or change with vultures.
Give at least 50 with those you know and are happy and if there's no noise.
But its disrespectful and rude to pull in within 200 meters and close in on anyone else detecting.
Its like casting over another fishermans line. When I see anyone do either I refuse to engage them in conversation. They immediately show their colours and its the colour of crap.

The SDC2300 is quite happy working beside the GPX4500 or GPX6000. I think it might vary a little but we can certainly get down to 5m apart.
Does this mean the 4500 is not effect by the sdc or is the above one sided ? & did i read the 6000 is not really a gpx.
And thank you guys for the replies.
