Detecting trip

Hi everyone we are looking at making a trip to the triangle over queens birthday weekend.

We usually just pan and highbank in east gippsland but are going to venture out.

We are looking at hiring detectors and we are looking for some advice on the best areas to go for a few of us where we might find a few bits. Also best places to stay and best places to hire detectors. Most likely sdc2300s

G'day Goldbrothers welcome to PA regarding hire equipment try Coiltek in Maryborough, have you got picks. The 2300`s are a great machine and a good choice for your first try :Y:. Get up your 10 post's and the members section will open up then you can join in the meet ups and fun that comes with them. There will most likely be a meet up posted for the QB weekend and you could join in and spend some time with like minded people. Sounds like a great trip keep us posted on your results.

Coiltek Maryborough is a good choice and they throw in a pick and scoop with detector hire and will also point you in the right direction for where to look.
