Every time your selling, for even the tiniest of profit to park your money after 1 day of HODLing (lol). Remember your Captial gains tax is still owing on the sale. Unless youve sold at a loss with paper hands that the markets dropped 20%.
Hope youve kept records for the s
ATO and your return next month.
Your better off leaving the money on the token/coin youve bought and just properly HODLing long term.
Selling, including the lower sale price and CGT, is generally not worth it.
Cryptos volatile, 30% overnight dips or corrections are not dumps.! The market isnt dying and its time to bail out.
Keep your money in the coin/token and just ride it out.

I have sold at a loss at times to offset any tax.
