Tom has generously offered a couple of his bags of paydirt for this competition.
I will kick in with a pan because the winner may not have one. (Any sponsors want to give me a good deal on a pan? )

This comp will be a little different. Those who have been around a while may remember Nugget hiding a small image on the forum and the first to find it wins the prize. (Link to a previous comp below).

So this will be a one night deal. I will post the image and the hunt will be on. I'll have to check my roster to pick a night when I'm home but I will give plenty of notice.

Evening Ramjet, DT et al,,

I am not a dealer as such but I have developed over the past 18 months and have just commenced to market a hand crevicing device that attaches to a standard 50 mm yabbie/bait pump. I wont go into details here and although I have constructed it from readily available hardware/irrigation stock and used established simple engineering, I am going through the process of patenting it as a product of innovative intellectual property.

What I would like to do is offer one of my devices to PA as an addition to the prize pool for the coming competition. There is an obvious potential benefit here for me in introducing my product to the prospecting community where word of mouth carries much weight however, it also comes by way of genuine good will and with a spirit of generosity.

Please consider my offer and I would be happy to send you some pics of the device I have spent a lot of time getting right and in which I am quietly proud of.

To be serious for a second. What you see me do with the comps etc is visible to everyone. Let's face it, who isn't going to look at a topic announcing free gold?
The whole of the Moderator team do as much work as me at least. Down in the dark cellars below the forum they toil away. Trying to keep the children happy.
It's a team effort and usually at least one of us has an eye on any 'interesting' posts. We can't be online 24/7, as much as some try The best thing the members can do to help is use the report button. Every moderator will then see it when they log in.
