One Of my Coin hot spots produces between 150 to 167 of Pre Decimal coins a Day along with jewellery and other bits, With Coin hunting there is always a chance that it can be something else so it's always A great feeling waiting to find out,

With nugget Hunting the Thrill is more about how much they Weigh and hopefully it's not Junk, But To me as long as I am out there Doing the Deed that's all that Matters.

How about posting your finds for us RR, starting a thread. We would be very interested

If you live on the gold fields, sure au detecting, but the costs of petrol
might deduct from the years haul.
Its like this, you have to be a very lucky detectorists to ping a good nugget of au,
hence the focus on detectors that ping small deeper targets,
the detectorists that live in areas, well they have a lot more experiance they will find au.

Relic detecting and coin, well there a great chance of finding history,
Look at what I have found detecting on my posts,
I am still waiting on a return email from the Museum.
I take Relic and coin over au, because you find stuff every time ya go hunting.

How about posting your finds for us RR, starting a thread. We would be very interested Say 160 pre dec coins, over a 10 hour day, is a pre dec every 3.7mins. Then, your digging decimals, trash, relics, jewellery etc? so that would make the finds per min, even lower, your a machine RR! I dunno, maybe I just cant imagine a site with so many targets in it, or someone able to detect, and dig so fast, for so long?
