Coiltek DD Platypus GPX5000 Problem

If anyone's got a Coiltek 12" x 8" Elliptical DD Platypus coil on a GPX5000 check to see if their is almost no sensitivity on special / sensitive extra with DD selected on the toggle switch
i sent my detector and coil to minelab , they said the detector is fine but the coil has a problem.

Sorry, I don't have the dd only the Mono version. Works fine in Sensitive Extra, but having it on DD Coil/Rx works noticeably better than on Mono.

I've been told by coiltek that this setting may behave this way with all Platypus DD/s on a Gpx5000 . Anyone out there got this combo ?
