cobram murray river

hey guys. going camping and fishing on the long weekend at cobram on the murray river. but wouldn't mind doing some panning there aswell. don't know the area well from a prospecting point of view and would love some tips of rivers allowed known for prospecting in that general area. still doing some research but all ive found is areas your not allowed to prospect in.
any help would be muchly appreciated. cheers

Hi Jack, you should try elerado with caitlin you might find some there. i have been there and have been sucsesful. its a great spot with good local pies and an area to picnic. you should really try there. to get there you go to woolshed road and turn off at a rand water tank.
