Hi Marksman,

1: the claim is valid until 31st of May! I extend it if nobody gets it before then! Papers for the transfer is at Lightning Ridge office for the buyer to his or her part = deal done!

2: A m8 of mine is working next door from Thursday this week!

The other buyer decided to leave the deal because of to many demands from the mining office! Person needed to do the courses and so on (had to travel to the Ridge in stressful times)! Anyhow! The transferee documents has been filled in at the mining office! So if someone want the claim this week, then just let me know and we make the arrangements for payment! I can start an auction and get paid via PayPal or no auction and get paid via the bank app Revolut!.
