Chocalate frog for who's correct - what the hell is it?

The frog wouldave melted in the post, so glad he is banned, melted chocolate is a huge crime in my book

It doesn't look like a chocolate frog at all, but more like a timber frame for a mine ore wagon, including axle mounts, wire hook tow bracket and curved strapping for bucket articulation.

I don't have any other photo's at the moment. Will take some more next week of all the parts pulled apart. Some sort of wool baler sounds good to me but I honestly don't know.
