Calling young fossickers

Hey again, made a post yesterday just searching for local people around the Mornington Peninsula and Phillip Island. I am 22 years of age and was wondering if there are many young people around my age I could do this with, none of my friends are interested in this so it would be wicked to have some friends who did, and to the older people of this site, dont worry Id be happy to join you also learn everything I can from you as well, i would just love to see people my age getting around it, cheers again my people

G'day wipersnapper welcome to PA :Y: to be honest your searching for the wrong age group, writings on the wall when ya mate's won't join you. Best bet is join a club and learn from experience then you can show your mates what their missing out on :Y: simples ay, what gear have you got.

Surprising to say, there is a bit of a resurgence of 'Younger Ones' starting to get into it... Fakebook has a few 'clubs' too.... The clubs around me have quite a few new members who are keen as.... Its good to see....

Groups of young people get around some of the Gemfields I have visited, good to see you reaching out trying to make new connections and friendships.
