Bunnings facial recognition?

Bunnings was in the news this week. It seems they're using facial recognition on us the customers.
I use facial recognition to log into my phone, its very convenient you just have to look at the screen and you're in. It saves a lot of fiddling around with passwords.

I have foiled it however.
I tried to open my phone wearing my fly net, the one i wear in the bush. Facial recognition does not work.
I can't wait to see if i get thrown out of Bunnings for wearing it.

My local watering hole which is dirty rough dump uses AI and I love it. For example a bloke the other day was refused service . The barman’s phone went off ( the ai notification)the barmen then explained that he wouldn’t be served because he wouldn’t have a job if he did give him a drink. he got stroppy wanted a fight but still didn’t get served so he left . As soon as he got out the door of the pub we watched him king hit his girlfriend,knocking her out and marched off. Good riddance and thanks for AI

The difference is 'geezer' the pub made no secret of the fact but Bunnings didn't tell anyone. They kept it secret.
I'm going to wear my fly net every time i go shopping.

I feel sorry for bunnings and anyone else that now has to have devices. However, this is the world we live in unfortunately. Nightly on the news we see cctv footage of unscrupulous offenders breaking and entering victims homes, businesses etc with one aim, grab what you can and get out. In Qld, by Christmas, the new government will encase in law, Adult time for Adult Crime. Will it change the mindset of these young criminals, probably not but one can live in hope. In the meantime I had better clean the lenses on my security system. Cheers Mackka

Happening everywhere. Down in Vic gang violence on the community, mobster protection racket fire bombings, habitual domestic violence perpetrators all out there doing their stuff.
The police know who they are and even when caught they are protected by laws that keep their identities secret.
I reckon if you have been found guilty of a crime, your right to have your identity suppressed if arrested for a further crime of the same nature should be forfeited.
Natural justice was the way communities protected themselves until lawyers came along.

Poor buggars up in Townsville have whole streets chipping in to pay for private security firms to patrol at night. Problem is rampant and the Goldie is copping it badly. Bring back discipline, starting with the parents. Just sayin’.
