For the record,
I have all Permit's and Permission, also a Registered Operator. All this is just to have a go at a lease or 2!
Full EPA cover, Bonds, fee's, Rents and Rates Payed! Its a pain in the a... but worth it in the long run I think/hope! Lets see?
Got to be covered when filming and making it public!.
