Brisbane area Detector Trainer

Hi everyone

Is there anyone out there willing and able to teach me how to best use my GPX4500. I only bought it a short time ago so my knowledge and skill level is nil.

Are there any trainers in the region available to provide some tuition, paid of course.

I have been unable to find anyone running structured training so if anyone knows who to contact I will be very happy to hear back.

I will also attend the Brisbane Metal Detecting club meeting next Thursday night so I am hoping they might be able to help if no one else can.

A few at the club could run through some settings BUT you need to be out in the field.

Try David from the Open Range in Toowoomba as he is a ML dealer and have a few people that train / teach etc.

BUT due to all the fires about - Not sure if people may be able to spare the time at the moment.

Thanks AM. Yes I figure the next few weeks will be difficult with prospecting let alone training.
