I got my upper arms tatted when I was young, 30 yrs or so ago. Often back then some thought I was a criminal, ha ha. And then only actual crims had tatts on their necks, was actully illegal to tatt necks and faces way back. But these days even nerds tatt their necks. Damn, I now see women with sleevies and neck jobs. I was thinking of getting mine removed so that I can look a bit different :lol:
