Anyone else had any milestones lately?

Hey Patrick great news. :Y:

My friend is nearly 6 years in remission.

My mum has just been diagnosed with multiple myeloma and going through chemo at the moment which really sux.

My latest milestone is nearly 3 years smoke free. :Y:

I just played Masters Squash this weekend. One of the guys in the team was given two years to live in 2008. He won most of his games.

Me wifey also has 20 years remission after they gave her 6 days to live. She's a tough cookie. A bone marrow transplant got her fixed up.

Well done Pat. My fathers battle renews tomorrow at Peter Mac, sadly at 93 treatment options are limited. Quality of life will be a huge consideration.
Always good to hear from the winner though and it gives hope.
