Spot on Manpa.

I have watched the original dozens of times and never really noticed it ,but there is limited dialogue in the movie.

The on - screen action mixed with all the background noise at the right moment builds up the excitement and tension to keep you hooked .

Hence , a silent movie with sound.

I don`t know how many lines were spoken in mad max 1 ,but apparently Mel Gibson only spoke 16 lines of dialogue in mad max 2 .
