Maintenance workers on Sydney Harbour Bridge have walked off the job because of safety concerns after asbestos was uncovered at the south pylon. The NSW Roads and Maritime Service (RMS) confirmed asbestos fibres were found during plumbing repairs last night, but says they pose no safety risk.
