With barcoding etc. it is very hard to have faith in such a shabby way of delivery.

Some ten years ago I worked for a short time for a local freight delivery company driving one of their two S&*t Heap vans. My daily duties included pickup from the National and regional freight distirubution centres, and deliver said packages to their final destinations. Without a doubt from a delivery drivers point of view TNT had the best manifest system and tracking as well as loading dock. Mainfreight was the best for large bulky items. Toll Ipec ,, well at least the girls in the office new what was going on. There were others who were very competitive price wise but left a lot to be desired regards even finding you days freight in the warehouse.

Happy to say no issues complaints about Aust Post ......
Nothing (including o'seas packages) have arrived later than the estimated delivery date.
Not that they influence what happens before final delivery but we have a great mailman (and his stand in) and parcel delivery people.
Now if you want to complain lets talk petrol prices .....
