ATX or 3030

Hi everyone,

i currently have an atx that i bought mainly for the goldfields, but i enjoy the beach so much more. I have been considering selling the atx and buying a ctx 3030. Any thoughts.

What's wrong with using the ATX at the beach? It works well in the water (http://www.detectorprospector.com/forum/topic/867-garrett-atx-return-to-hawaii/?hl=beach) and I haven't heard of any ongoing water leakage problems like the CTX has.
