I'd missed a couple of corners at a local school, so went today to pick out what I left. The 'brass ornament' was from a quick hunt yesterday between my recon missions.
bloody 2c pieces!, whats the car.... charger?.... and the dreaded cone of silence bubbles haha.

As above, nice looking roo! Gotta dig those 2c pieces regardless, they just sound so good. 
Short hunt today with a heavy lead ladybug which seems too old to be new, no stamp or logo.. and also two 3d silvers, pre 1900 woohoo!! One is an 1868 and the other 1896
Nice older silvers AR. The ladybug being lead woukd be pretty old I think.

I spent a good week on the wrong half of this same location last year.. an onlooker also gave me some very good info for just a few metres from where the silvers where from. Somewhere near a Mechanics Institute

Yeah..not happy ill just say that. Pretty sure I know where they have gone and most likely ended up in a pawn broker already for $2. That's what I get for showing people my finds
