areas to go in qld

Hi we are new to this form, my wife and I have been inspired by the gold programes on tv, we have bought a camper and in the process of buying metal detectors, we had planned to go to kalgoorlie but now with restrictions we are looking for area for metal detecting gold in qld, we will probably be useing the teneticks t2 detors, can anyone advise of places to go, oh yeah we do have a 4wd.

Hi Brett and welcome to the forum. Where abouts in Queensland do you live and how far do you want to travel inside Qld? Don't know anything about Teneticks T2 Detors?
