Areas Other Than Hill End? (Bathurst Way)

Hi all,

Ive been a long time lurker and occasional poster and thought Id chime in again.

I have a weekend coming up with a mate and were heading towards hill end. Balmain Bob has shown me the ropes in the area and have been incredibly grateful to have him share his knowledge of the area.

I was, however, hoping to visit somewhere new to detect in that sort of vicinity. I feel like hill end is becoming more difficult to pull gold from.

Ive never found a bit on my many trips and am really itching for my first bit!

Im not expecting and x marks the spot areas, Ive tried hard to do my research but found it difficult.

So I was hoping if people could suggest some areas to explore around the hill end or Bathurst area?

Sofala & Wattle Flat. Sunny Corner State Forest.
They'll be the same story though. Can be hard to get a bit but it's still there.

Thanks Mbasko! Just had another member recommend similar areas so Ill hit them up. Anywhere I can look up some data to hone down my areas?

You have to start somewhere. Learn your machine, the ground layout etc.
