Looks like you potentially have some good cutters, the only thing one can't see from a photo is inclusions or fractures, this needs a 10x loupe.
Next step is to find someone to cut them, then design/select a design to suit both the rough and what you want to do with them. Each stone will lose 2/3 - 3/4 of their weight in the cutting process, based on an optimal design for the rough.
From what I'm seeing I think you'll end up with some really good looking gems.
